Summer Long Paws-A-Thon

Have fun and stay active for a cause! Get pledges and push yourself in this summer-long miles challenge! Raise money for local animals through pledges anytime, anywhere.
Your challenge starts as soon as you register and ends September 4th at 5:00pm, with fun checkpoints and prizes continuing all season. Challenge your family, friends, coworkers, and clubs; get your miles in anytime, anywhere, to raise money for thousands of local animals that need us! Those daily walks with your pup? Yeah, those miles count too! Whether you’re training for an event or simply staying active, we’re happy to count those miles with you!
How it works:
Rock it out solo or create a team. By registering as an individual or a team of 5, you’ll receive a personal fundraising page that you can share out to your friends and family! Participating is easy, and you can help make an impact with these easy steps:
1) Register to Walk/Run/Hike or Bike.
It only takes a minute to register and start raising money for local animals. Set your goal miles and fundraising goals.
2) Spread the word and get pledges.
Share your personal fundraising page with your friends and family, and ask them to give! Challenge your friends, co-workers, family or employer to help keep you motivated to get your miles and raise much needed funds to help local animals.
3) Kick off at K9-3K.
Join us at the 4th Annual K9-3K June 11. This is a fun walk/run that would be a great way to get your first miles in. Check-in starts at 9:30 and the cost is $10/dog. Can’t make it to the K9-3K? That’s okay, start to counting your miles June 11 at 9:30am!
4) Get moving.
Make a plan to get those miles in.
5) Win prizes.
We’re putting together some awesome prizes to reward and thank you for your hard work. By raising $500, $1,000 or more as an individual, or $5,000 as a team, you can receive a prize basket full of fun things for you and your furry companions!
