Fill out the required Volunteer Form

This Orientation will last about 45 minutes. If you are bringing anyone under 16 years of age, you may simply put their name(s) on your form. Please arrive 5 minutes ahead of 10am. There is limited seating, so signing up or calling (605) 716-3842 is preferable.
